  1. We should rush more often to a mind gym than a physical gym and I will have a great day now, thank you.

  2. Wilma, I love that idea of a mind gym. I think there is something called "Brain Gym" and wonder what it is? Glad you are having a great day! xo

  3. This quote made me smile Diantha as we were just both discussing Dr Wayne Dyer weren't we!

Dr Dyer surely knew how to stretch his mind and is teaching us to do the same. Here's to finding a 'brain gym'.

  4. Peggy, yes, we WERE just talking about Dr. Dyer. In fact, I believe this quote is from the ones you sent me! And Brain Gym is a method of using movement to help our brain functions. Check it out: www.braingym.org/about

  5. I so agree, Diantha. One of the first self-help books I ever read was As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. It shifted everything!

I've been absent from visiting around the blogworld of late. Many irons in the fire, but thinking of you. Hoping you are warm--we aren't yet. (LOL) Two weeks! Sending a big up north hug to you. xo

p.s. love your newsletters! i always learn...

  6. Jan,I have also been absent from commenting much. I don't know how people do so well! So I appreciate your stopping by today!

And thank you for your book recommendation...it sounds wonderful! I also appreciate your support around my newsletters. They are fun to do but do take quite a lot of time to produce. Which is no doubt one reason I fall short in the blogging world! So I appreciate it when people enjoy it!

Have a good trip, Jan. You will love all the sun and warmth! xo

  7. Oohhh, I like this. So much of out thought is just thought, yet it can be so destructive when we believe it. I've made a list of the top ten stories I've been telling myself, then made another list of the real stories. It has been quite liberating.
